Navigating Financial Documents
Business owners often confuse estimates, invoices, and receipts. Each document serves a distinct stage in the client sales cycle.
1. Estimate / Quotation (Before Work Begins)

2. Invoice (Upon Work Completion)
An invoice requests payment for completed goods or services. It specifies due dates, tax rates, and payment methods.
3. Receipt (After Payment Received)
A receipt confirms that payment has been successfully cleared. It serves as proof of transaction for accounting ledgers.
