We collect essential information required to operate your workspace, including account registration details (name, email, company name), customer bill-to records, line items, and transaction history.

2. Non-Indexing of Customer Invoice Data

Strict Privacy Assurance: Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, tax identification numbers (GSTIN/VAT/EIN), and invoice items are strictly restricted to authenticated workspace users. All private workspace endpoints and customer invoice portals carry strict noindex, nofollow meta directives to prevent search engine crawlers from indexing private invoice data.

3. Payment Processing

Payment transactions processed via Razorpay or third-party gateways are transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. Invoicely does not store raw credit card numbers or secret security codes on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Workspace Deletion

Workspace owners may export invoice records or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
